Focus is a reminder for me. I wrote this song when I went home to PA where my parents live. I was feeling super disorganized and not like myself, but did not know why.

When I was younger, I would drive out to the middle of the no where and just sit in silence by my favorite pond. I could only hear myself and my thoughts; Being there is where I really felt like I could focus on how I am feeling and dealing with things. 

Living in NYC can be so overwhelming and crazy and I constantly have to remind myself WHY I moved here; to pursue my dreams. I find myself not even realizing that I am stressed or sinking so writing and working on this song was really therapeutic for me! I hope others can also use this song to gather themselves and find their purpose.
